We offer a range of handbags, bags, clothing accessories and more and all products are carefully handcrafted.
We take special care and have carefully checked with the suppliers, who have confirmed the approval of our commercial use of those fabrics. We use fabrics with patterns and motifs made in Japan and combine them with other fabrics and materials made elsewhere to create the products. Therefore, the amount of those fabrics made in Japan used in the products may vary depending on the product.
We offer products with variety of patterns and motifs, and make the best effort to include as many patterns and motifs and position them in the best way on each item. Please note the amount and position of those patterns and motifs will vary on each item.
Every product is sold subject to the product descriptions and supporting information such as size, colours, and types of materials. We took all reasonable care and have made every effort to describe and display our products and services as accurately as possible. However, the dimensions, weights and capacities given are approximate to be used as guidance only and does not guarantee. Also, the colours and images of our products that appear may vary depending on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We use fabrics and other materials to create our products. Due to the circumstances of the suppliers and manufacturers of the materials, the textures and colours may slightly change for the same materials depending on the suppliers, manufacturers and/or their batches. We are not obligated to change the display or modify the descriptions for those changes.
All products for sale are subject to availability. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled owing to lack of stock you will be advised by email. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return according to our Return Policy.
Please be advised that placing an item in your basket does not secure it for you and it can still be purchased by another customer. We therefore suggest that you complete your order as soon as possible.
The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card and cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or refunded. Gift Cards cannot be used for payment in stalls, third party shops or in independent retailers. Gift cards may be excluded from free delivery options if you require physical Gift Cards.
The packaging may vary from that shown, which includes tags, labels and packaging bags.
We ship to UK addresses only. All of our products are carefully handcrafted, and it is very important that our products are delivered promptly and securely. Therefore, we take special care and only use signed or trackable services for shipping (including the services that we can obtain delivery confirmation, which does not include tracking information for full journey.)
Depending on the shipping address, the timescale of delivery will vary and we are not able to accurately estimate or guarantee the exact date and time you will receive your order. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays due to weather or higher amount of demand. We have no liability for any late delivery of goods.

All packing and shipping preparation process is dealt during our business hours. All orders will be dispatched during our business hours AND within the couriers’ business hours.
All orders will be dispatched subject to payment authorization and stock availability.
You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or a depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods.
We will not have any responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to the goods after the orders have dispatched.
We occasionally run promotions on our Website www.yokoaber.com. Promotions may be exclusively on Website or may occasionally be available at stalls directly run by YOKOABER, and may only be available to customers in certain times and locations. Website promotions are not available at third party shops and independent retailers.
If you redeemed any promotion/discount offers when you purchased item(s,) in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. If you are fully eligible for a return, and the return is fully accepted by us, refund will be processed based on the total amount paid for your purchased item(s) less the discounted value. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless stated.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts are only applicable to full price items (clearance and sale items are not included.)
